16255281 Canada Inc. is an operating company, not an agency that expanded into ecommerce. We own stores, buy media on our own profit and loss, and ship software into public app stores.
How this started
We began by running our own direct-to-consumer stores. Product, offer, creative, media buying, retention — all of it on our own money, with nobody to hand a bad month to.
Other operators started asking how we were doing it. That turned into running their accounts, then building the software their stores were missing. We still run our own brands, which is the part that keeps the advice honest.
How we work
Small team, few clients, one standing rule: creative, media, conversion and code sit together. When the media buyer thinks the landing page is the problem, the person who can rewrite the landing page is in the same conversation that afternoon.
We report on contribution margin after cost of goods, shipping, fees and returns. Platform ROAS is in the report because you’ll ask for it, but no decision gets made on it.
Where we are
Registered in Ontario, Canada. We buy media into Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE and Germany, and we don’t claim offices in any of them except this one.
No social media
On purpose. Work arrives by referral from people we’ve made money for. It’s slower than posting, and it’s a much better filter on both sides.
