Creative production
Statics, UGC and video built to a testing structure, not to a mood board.
Creative is the targeting now. The account can only spend as fast as the creative pipeline can feed it, which makes production volume a media-buying constraint rather than a design department problem.
Concepts, then executions
A concept is a claim about why someone buys. An execution is one way of saying it. We develop concepts first and produce several executions of each, so when something works you know what actually won and can iterate on it instead of guessing.
Formats that are proven, not invented
We work from a library of ad formats that have already cleared in real accounts — scroll-stopping statics, comparison layouts, testimonial frames, problem-agitation video. Novelty is expensive; we spend it deliberately.
Volume that matches the spend
Batches sized to the account. A store spending $100k a month cannot be fed by four ads a month, and pretending otherwise is how accounts plateau.

Questions
Answered straight
Do you source creators?
Yes — briefed against the concept, not left to improvise. A creator working without an angle produces a nice video that doesn't sell anything.
How many concepts per batch?
It depends on spend. The batch is sized so the account can give every concept a fair read inside a testing window, which is the only number that matters.
